DMCA Takedown and Counter-Claim Procedures
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content according to copyright laws. To maintain fairness, we may disclose the details of the notice, including the complainant’s contact details, to the party accused of infringing. If you believe your content was mistakenly removed, you can submit a counter-notice containing:
Identification of the content and its previous location.
Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
A sworn statement affirming your belief that the removal was a mistake, under penalty of perjury.
A declaration consenting to legal action and accepting service of legal documents.
Your signature, either physical or digital.
We may restore the content once we receive a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant takes legal steps.
